Hello all, This morning started off with grampa waking JH and me up! I do believe that this set the whole day for disaster. JH was on a roll pretty much the whole day. Didn't want to eat breakfast and lunch was a chore. He did eat a PBJ sandwich and a few corn curls. JH and I laid down for a 2 hour nap this afternoon and that made a world of difference! We got up and started packing for our trip back to Chicago. We got all cleaned up and off to the nursing home to see Gramma Junker. She was down in the dumps today so it brightened up her day when we walked in. JH got out of his poopy mood and made her smile and laugh. After we left there, we went to Culverts to eat hamburgers and ff. JH ate real good! I told him if he ate all his burger we would go to the Dairy Queen. He ate half and most of his fries so we thought that was good! Off to get ice cream we go! JH and I split a strawberry sundae, while grampa had a cone. We got home about 6 and are waiting for dusk. There is a lighted parade tonight with fireworks to follow. Should be fun! I am doing this now because when we get home, get the rest of the packing done and off to bed we go. We will be on the train in Galesburg at 7:30 in the morning to go back to Chicago. JH"S 1st train ride. I have a feeling there will be a few tears shed when JH see's DADA & DADDY! Or maybe the other way around. I know DADA & DADDY is very anxious to get their little boy back home and get things back to normal.
